13 weeks and -25.5lbs and I've reached my 10% goal!!! YEY. My god does it feel amazing! Even after a week of not being totally on track I still managed to loose 3.5lbs which is cementing into my head that the exercise DOES MATTER A LOT!!!

I've started looking at before photos and can actually see the difference now. I would upload some before and now photos, but me and technology don't go and I cant work out how to do it!! I will soon though!

I had a bit of an emotional night last night, but I didn't comfort eat, I am therefore very proud of myself for this!
