I'm only cheating myself
I' m such an emotional eater, I need to learn that no matter how sad, homesick, or lonely I am, I don't need to turn to food.
After a 2 days off the plan I am back on it 100000%! Planned meals for a week, Food bought for them. Exercise plan done. I WILL DO THIS.
